2. Notice Requirements

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with:

• Your name, address, and contact information.
• Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district, and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.
